Kris is a native of Michigan. 3rd generation construction business, and subsequently opened his own retail and commercial contracting business that eventually became K2.

Director of Design & Estimating

Native of Kansas City and semi-native to Colorado. After receiving his BA in Architectural design, Paul worked his way up to VP of Store design & Construction with a CO based national retailer. He has since held several corporate level positions with retail chains and design firms, overseeing the retail design and construction process, before being recruited by K2.

As Controller / Development Liaison K2 Retail Construction and Development, Cari has over 25 years’ experience in accounting, with 15 of those years in the construction industry.
Cari is a native of New Jersey, she holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Berkeley College, West Paterson NJ and a Master of Business in both Accounting and Human Resources Management from St Leo University, St. Leo FL. She is married with beautiful twin 11-year-old girls and her free time is spent with family and exploring her adopted home of Kentucky.
